Terms of Service

By subscribing to Ameden Techlink internet packages or hiring our technical team for CCTV security and software development, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Availability & SLA

We strive for 99.9% uptime across our fiber network. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Emergency repairs caused by fiber cuts or severe weather will be dispatched immediately.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

Subscribers agree not to use Ameden Techlink bandwidth for illegal activities, spam transmission, or unauthorized resale of network services.

3. Billing & Subscriptions

Monthly internet subscriptions are due on the 1st of each calendar month. Accounts overdue past the grace period will experience automatic suspension until renewed.
